We ensure that the portfolios are optimized to support the strategic goals of the organization – from profitability and market share to faster delivery speed.

We do this by analyzing the dependencies between projects and programmes with portfolios, business cases and resource capacity and reporting needs – we have extensive experience with performing these analysis’ within a minimum of time without burdening the daily operations.

We help establish a project infrastructure and support organization, which supports, homogenizes and optimizes ways of working in order to achieve an overview of all running activities and activities to come.

Based on our extensive experience within the Best Practice domain of project- and portfolio management (PPM) systems, we can assist in running prioritization and requirements-workshops, management the vendor selection process and lead the PPM system implementation.
